ALL PURCHASES ARE "AS IS" and "ALL SALES FINAL." No refunds or exchanges. Sales tax will be collected. If tax exempt, a sales tax exempt form needs to be in our files with your Tax Exempt Sales #along with your signature. Bids will be taken for larger items, all reasonable offers will be presented to the owner. Plan ahead for hauling heavy items, we will not be able to load for you. Please ask for assistance in getting items downstairs in multi level homes. Neither the homeowner or our company are responsible for falls , injury or accidents.
Please do not bring pets into the house. All children need to stay with the parent.
We accept cash and credit cards (for purchases over $25.00), no checks please.
Please remember that these items do not belong to us . Often a family member may decide to keep an item after we start working. Sorry but we do not have email sign in option.

Welcome to our sale. The owners were world travelers, loved folk art, collected many interesting items during their adventures. Folk art by Josefina Aguilar, and Guillermina Aguilar Alcántara, Oaxacan folk artist, specifically known for their ceramic figures. Cristobal Mamani from Peru. We have two rooms filled with folk art pieces.

There is a selection of lovely furniture pieces, display cabinets, armories, sofas and twin beds. Lovely Provincial bedroom set. Art by local Texas artists such as Betty Cunningham, Adriel McGill, Rillie Moseley. We also have vintage stereo equipment and cameras. Colorful collection of women's clothes, shoes, hats and purses. The garage is full, some tools, two like new refrigerators, wheelchair, shower chair, footlockers, old wooden school desk.

Come and stay for a while, we have lots to look at.

The sign up sheet will be at the front door at 9:00 on Wednesday. We open at 10 am Thursday.
