Quickly drop off to keep traffic flowing on the one way street.

● We charge sales tax. If you are sales tax exempt please come prepared with your tax exempt document filled out and for us to keep. We are limited on blank copies.

● Bring a truck and helpers if you intend to buy large items and need assistance - help is not avaliable for liability reasons.

● Pickup Deadline: All large items must be paid for in full on the day of sale and removed from the property between 2-4:00 PM on Sunday

● We will not allow pre-sale transactions, or pre-sale pricing given to the public.

● No sign up sheet. First come- first served. We reserve the right to limit the amount of people inside the house (areas are tight getting to rooms) Ex. 40 people max in house if needed.

To ensure a safe, efficient, and pleasant shopping experience for everyone, we ask all attendees to adhere the following rules and regulations.

⚠️ SAFETY, LIABILITY, & HOME ACCESSIBILITY

● Blujay's Treasure House LLC is not responsible for any accidents that occurs on or around the premises.

● Narrow Spaces: The townhouse is a maze of narrow halls going to each main room. Due to limited space, we will decide if theres a need to limit the number of people in the house as needed.

● Restricted Areas: Select rooms are strictly blocked off and labeled "Staff Only." Anyone crossing these barriers will be asked to leave immediately.

● Children: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. If you break, you buy.

🔒 SECURITY & SHOPPING POLICIES

● Valuables: All gold, sterling silver, and fine estate jewelry are kept securely at the main checkout station under direct staff supervision. Is it possible there might be a line to wait for fine jewelry during busy sale hours. There will NOT be any fine metals left over night. All valuables are taken off the premises daily.

● Bags & Purses: No large bags, backpacks, or oversized purses are allowed inside the home. Please leave them in your vehicle. Baskets will be provided for temporary use.

● All Sales Final: Every item is sold strictly "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Please examine your items carefully before purchasing, as there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

● Hold Zone: There will be a hold zone in the entry room with supervision by staff up front.

● Packing/ Wrapping Paper: We are limited on packing bags, boxes and wrapping supplies for items and breakables - bring some with you if you think you will need it.

🐦 IMPORTANT PARKING & ACCESS RULES

● Gated Area Into community: Strictly off-limits to all vehicles per HOA.

● Loading: Large-item loading near the front door between the orange cones. DO NOT PARK BETWEEN THE CONES UNLESS LOADING. Quickly drop off attendees if needed without entering cone area to keep traffic flowing on the one way street.
