On Sale Days
Emails, phone calls, and texts will be answered only as time permits.
Large/Heavy Items
Big, heavy, or bulky items will have a blue tag. Bring this tag to the register to purchase. Once purchased, we will place a burnt orange SOLD tag on the item that says “I’m going home with…”.
Entry & Safety Disclaimer
You are entering this private property at your own risk. All properties may have uneven surfaces. The homeowner, Legacy Sky Estate Sales LLC, and its agents are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur on or around the property.
Item Removal
Legacy Sky staff do not lift, load, or carry items.
Buyers must bring their own movers, equipment, and tools.
Checkout assistance will be provided as best as possible.
All purchased items must be removed no later than one hour before the close of the final sale day. Pickup arrangements must be made in advance.
Tax Exemption
If you are tax-exempt, please bring your resale certificate. Forms may be emailed in advance to LegacySkyEstateSales@gmail.com and will be kept on file.
Payment Methods
Cash is preferred and helps checkout go quickly.
We also accept debit and credit cards. Please note that your bank or credit card company may apply processing fees.
Checks are not accepted.
Payment must be completed in full before removal of any items.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or deny entry to anyone at our discretion.
Health & Safety Guidelines
All government mandates and CDC guidelines will be enforced.
Touchless temperature checks may be required at the door. Refusal = no entry.
Customer entry limits may be enforced when necessary.
Masks covering nose and mouth may be required.
Final Sale Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees or warranties.
Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.
Legacy Sky is not responsible for forgotten, left behind, or abandoned items.
Security & Media
By entering the sale, you acknowledge you may be recorded.
Security cameras may be in use.
Photos and videos taken at sales are the property of Legacy Sky Estate Sales LLC and may be used in current or future marketing, promotions, or advertising.
Facilities
Bathrooms are not available to the public during sales.
Pre-Sale Notes
All sale photos represent the current estate sale home.
During pre-sales, we will do our best to mark sold items, but occasional duplicates or missed updates may occur.
Sale Atmosphere
This is going to be a Super Fun Sale! Keep an eye out for our Estate Sale Signs and hawk-themed branding. We look forward to seeing you there.
