We also will not have any presale items
All sales are final...merchandise is sold "as is".... no returns, no refunds, no exchanges
No large bags or boxes
Bring help to load large items
We limit the number of people in the home at any given time.
Not responsible for accidents
Children must stay with adults.

Masks are recommended but not required for the sale.
We update our pics, but sometimes family changes their mind about selling an item, we hope you understand!
