Not responsible for ACCIDENTS, watch your step and please be careful. Breakable items will be in the house, please watch over children that attend with you. No animals in the house. No valuables left in house over night.
Please understand this is a downsizing sale so some items may not be for sale. All sales are FINAL and items are sold AS IS.
Must pick up all items by 3:00 pm on Saturday.
