* Doors open at 9 AM. Numbers for entry will be distributed starting at 8:30 AM.
* Buyers must move and load their purchases. Please be prepared to do this.
* Cash, Checks, Credit Cards accepted. We are a legitimate business and will collect sales tax. NOTE: All credit card charges and checks will require a picture ID, buyer signature, and phone number before sale is completed at checkout. We are sorry for the delays this will cause.
* We do have some boxes for packing, but if you have some to spare, please bring them! Thanks.

If you first saw the posting of this sale prior to Wednesday, April 2, we have removed some of the furniture and appliances originally listed/pictured because they are remaining as part of the house purchase. The posting you now see is current, but please check back Friday, April 4, the day before this estate sale starts, in case we have to make any further changes.
