If you are a handy,  Do - It - Your Self-type then you will not want to miss this sale.  Be prepared to spend a lot of time in the garage alone.  The pictures do not do it justice.  If you like to collect Bank Memoribilia you will enjoy examining the many lockable bank bags from various South Texas banks.  They make great storage bags for various items.  Just don’t lose the key.  Mrs Kidd loved to cook as you will find when you go through the kitchen .  If you like vintage mid to 3/4 century, sturdy and well built furniture this is the sale for you .  One great find is the pair of sturdy possibly HOMESTEAD wire rocking patio chairs.  The arm rests do need re-upholstered.  Although not marked they are very possibly the real thing from the 60’s.  
The leather sofa in the living room is a sports watcher dream.  Both the left and right side are electric recliner sections.  There are a couple of rough spots in the upholstery but you will never notice when napping/snoozing or watching the big game.
