Forget the standard estate sale.
This is a two-story house where you can treasure hunt through all the rooms.

Select items will be priced, but most are available for you to make a pile and get discounted prices.
Make sure to bring your own totes, boxes, and wrapping paper for your treasures, plus appropriate vehicle/truck/trailer if you are planning to haul off furniture.
MUST BRING HELP TO LOAD as we cannot help load.
All items MUST be removed by 2:15pm on the day of the sale.
