Terms & Conditions
We accept debit and credit cards and cash. There is now a convenience fee added to credit card purchases of 2.5% due to processing fee increases. You must have help to load heavy items I can’t help you. All items must be collected from the house on sale day. All valuables are removed until sale day. There will be security on site. Numbers for entry will be given out one hour before we open both days. This is not a large sale and there is a chance that we will sell out before the Sunday sale date. If that happens we will post that update on Saturday evening.

This sale is a delightfully, small intimate setting for some dear people that had to downsize due to health and mobility issues. Their home is situated in a lovely neighborhood and the items that they’ve left us to sell for them represent treasures from around the world there’s a number of items for entertaining gardening, and regular every day, living some of the names of items that you will recognize include Waterford, Staffordshire, Lennox and Towle. There are a few pieces of original art and a couple of beautiful oriental rugs. This sale also has a good coin collection for the coin enthusiast .
