The estate of Mr.  & Mrs. Vittetoe and son. will be offered to the public as an estate sale on May 01,02,03.

Greetings!  This sale is a large one. actually, it is two in one. Owners pasted away, son moved into home and had all his items in storage and moved to garage, he passed away leaving the house full and a large moving van full in the garage. Everything must go!

                 This home is located on a busy street (3505 W. Adams) with NO parking on street.

 We suggest that you have your driver drop you off in front of home and come back later to pick you up.  You can park on the street just west of the sale. The city does NOT allow anyone to park in the front yard. We are working on a parking area in lot next to our house.  Due to recent rains we cannot park on lot next to house.You can park on the street west of the home, about a half block walk. We are SORRY that the parking is limited. We have to clear out the estate, so PLEASE come see us.

 The home was already full, and the storage company delivered a large truck into the garage, some items may still be wrapped.

Sorry again for the parking situation. However, you really need to come look. The furniture (In the garage) will not be assembled; we will try our best getting all items together.

** There is a large RV parked in the driveway, it is NOT for sale (waiting on probate) however, if time allows, we will be selling some of the contents inside Everything MUST go!  On some items, please make us an offer.

Everything must be removed from home by 3 p.m. Saturday this last day of sale. Saturday everything is half price or more.
