Be sure to examine items closely and carefully before you pay for them. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order, however we do plug them up and make sure they will turn on.
*We are not responsible for accidents. Sale attendee assumes all risks occurring before, during and after the sale, including injury by any cause, and releases the property owner, and their representatives and agents from any and all claims.
*Though we do try to provide for your convenience, we invite you to bring your own bags and packing materials!
*Buyers are responsible for removal of large items purchased by the last day of the sale, unless a prior arrangement has been made. Bring your own help as our employees usually do not help load large items. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
