Please check twice before you buy. If you are intending to purchase furniture or other large items please bring help to load your items. if arrangements need to be made to come back to pick up your items that is an option but arrangements must be made before leaving the sale. Any items left without making arrangements for pickup will be considered abandoned and become property of The Happy Peddler. Because of the amount of items and the tight space we are not allowing any child under the age of 16. This is not meant to be difficult but is meant to not only protect them from accident but protect us from any breakage. There are no large purses, backpacks, or any other concealed bags allowed, NO EXCEPTIONS. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any accidents, you enter at your own risk, and if you break you buy.
