Venmo or Zelle accepted for purchases over $100.

No checks.

No early pricing, no pre-sales, no holds before the sale opens.

Reasonable offers considered, especially on bundles or large purchases.

Discounting begins later in the day as marked.

�� Entry & Conduct

Doors open promptly at 8:00 AM — no early entry.

Entry may be limited at busy times for safety and space.

Children must remain with adults at all times.

No large purses, backpacks, or totes allowed inside.

You break it, you buy it — please handle items carefully.

�� Parking & Loading

Follow directional signs and attendants for parking.

Load large items carefully and bring help for heavy items — staff may not assist with loading.

All items must be removed by 5:00 PM on the day of the sale unless other arrangements are made.

�� Firearms & Restricted Items

Firearms will be sold only to qualified buyers in accordance with all applicable laws.

All guns and ammunition are secured and supervised during the sale.

Buyer must be 21+ years old and provide valid government ID.

No handling of firearms without supervision.
