* We accept cash, checks, or credit cards (3.99% charge added). Please know credit card machines/technology is tricky sometimes...bring cash or a check with you to ensure you take home what you want - we will not hold merchandise which has not been purchased. Your license number, birthday, and current phone number are required for paying with a check. Hot checks WILL BE turned over to the District Attorney.

* You are responsible for loading your purchases or hiring someone to pick up your items.

* All sales are FINAL. Please make sure the furniture, picture or clothing fits as we cannot offer refunds.

* We will not offer advance sales.

* We are not responsible for accidents. Please be mindful of yourself and others.

* No public restrooms are available and we kindly ask children remain with a parent at all times.

* Please be careful with merchandise; should you break an item(s), you must pay for that item.

* We close at 2:00 on Saturday. All purchases must be taken with you by that time.
