From Old Jacksonville Hwy., turn onto Hollytree West Drive. Take the first right and the sale will be on your right. From Grande Blvd., turn onto Hollytree Dr., take a right on Hollytree Circle and a left on Pinehurst; the sale will be on your right. PLEASE be mindful to not block mailboxes and driveways.

* We accept cash, checks, or credit cards (3.99% charge added). Please know credit card machines/technology is tricky sometimes...bring cash or a check with you to ensure you take home what you want - we will not hold merchandise which has not been purchased. Your license number, birthday, and current phone number are required for paying with a check. Hot checks WILL BE turned over to the District Attorney.

* You are responsible for loading your purchases or hiring someone to pick up your items.

* All sales are FINAL. Please make sure the furniture, picture or clothing fits as we cannot offer refunds.

* We will not offer advance sales.

* We are not responsible for accidents. Please be mindful of yourself and others.

* No public restrooms are available and we kindly ask children remain with a parent at all times.

* Please be careful with merchandise; should you break an item(s), you must pay for that item.

* We close at 2:00 on Saturday. All purchases must be taken with you by that time.

You will not want to be in a hurry while shopping this sale; actually we are calling this a marketplace sale! There are SO MANY choices... so many choices! The variety is unmatched; you can choose from brand new ladies clothes, jewelry, purses, shoes, scarves, and accessories. You can take home antique and upholstery furniture, furnishings, art and all types of decor. Holiday selections, collectibles, wicker furniture, linens and books.

PLEASE NOTE - this sale is FULL and there are breakable items throughout the home. Please watch your step and neighbors! More furniture pictures will be added to this sale Tuesday.

Pictures for this sale have been kept in order of the rooms for (hopefully) an easier shopping experience.

***Due to the volume of items in this sale and expedite the checkout process...colored stickers are utilized for pricing with many items; charts will be available. Clothing will be tagged before leaving the master bedroom.
