Auction Terms & Conditions - ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED . We do our best to accurately describe and photograph all items. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO PREVIEW AUCTION ITEMS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. - BUYERS PREMIUM - 16% with a 3 percent cash-payment discount.
- PAYMENT - We accept CASH AND ALL MAJOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS. Cash preferred and much appreciated. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS
- TAX - We charge state and local tax (0.825%) on all purchases unless the buyer has a Texas Resale Certificate on file.
- RESALE CERTIFICATE - We gladly deduct sales tax if a Texas Resale Certificate has been provided to us prior to checkout or at checkout. We do not deduct tax if we do not have a copy of your resale certificae. RESALE CERTIFICATE MUST BE ON FILE.
- Our online auctions are SOFT CLOSE Auctions (Please see "BUYERS FAQ'S" on CENTRAL TREASURES home page)
- Bids cannot be cancelled unless a legitimate error was made. Please contact Central Treasures staff asap if you feel an error was made. Please note: All bidders are responsible to abide by their legal binding contractual payment obligations.
- ITEM/S PICKUP AND PAYMENT IS EXPECTED ON THE DAY/S OF AND BETWEEN THE HOURS SPECIFIED ON THE AUCTION POSTING AND INVOICE. If your items are not picked up by the close of the auction pick up days, we will process payment for the items with the credit card information provided at registration. Communication is key. If you have an issue with picking up and/or paying for items on scheduled pickup date, please reach out to us ASAP. We will do our best to work with you the best we can.
- FAILURE TO PICK UP AND PAY FOR ITEMS MAY RESULT IN BIDDING PRIVILEGES BEING SUSPENDED OR REVOKED.
SHIPPING: We are pleased to offer our Customers shipping through USPS and UPS at standard rates plus handling fees and insurance costs equivalent to the price paid by the winning bidder.
If you require items to be shipped, at registration please utilize the credit card information you'd like used for processing payment and indicate in the notes that you would like shipping for any items won. If you require the items to be shipped to an alternate address than the address associated with your HiBid account (which appears on your invoice), please also include this information in the registration notes.
If you wish to send a mover, alternate shipping company or individual to pick up your items, please make sure and contact us ASAP to coordinate this request and check our availability. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TRACKING OR DAMAGES BY THIRD PARTY MOVERS OR SHIPPING COMPANIES.
