Barn sale. Estate sale with garage sale prices. 80% of the stuff is less than $5. Need to sell and empty the entire barn by sunday. Rain or shine. CASH ONLY. Please no super early birds. 

Address will be provided morning of the sale. The barn is located about 6 miles east of 75 in Van Alstyne so plan accordingly. We have decided to start the sale at 10 so that u have enough time to drive here. CASH ONLY
