Barn sale in Van Alstyne

Barn sale. Estate sale with garage sale prices. If you have been to our sales you know we sell cheap and make bulk deals. 80% of the stuff is less than $5. Need to sell and empty the entire barn by Sunday. Rain or shine. CASH ONLY.

Address will be provided the morning of the sale. The barn is located about 7 miles east of 75 on FM121 in Van Alstyne so plan accordingly. We have decided to start the sale at 10 so that you have enough time to drive here. CASH ONLY

We literally have something for everyone. This is a sell it all, empty the barn type of sale. Bigger items will be negotiated for immediate pickup. Volume buyers are welcomed. Bring your trucks and trailers. Don't like the price negotiate a fair price for immediate purchase.

Some things will be priced but the majority won't be and will be negotiated over there.
