All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.

While we strive to provide accurate descriptions, we do not guarantee the condition, authenticity, age, or functionality of any item. Buyers are responsible for inspecting all items prior to purchase.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Applicable state and local sales tax will be added to all purchases unless a valid resale certificate is presented at checkout.

All purchased items must be removed within the designated pickup time. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own labor, packing materials, and transportation.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage during removal.

Large items may require scheduled pickup.

Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise stated. We do not hold items without payment.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after purchase.

Entry to the sale property is at your own risk. The estate sale company and homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on the premises.
Children must remain supervised at all times.

Prices may change throughout the duration of the sale at the discretion of the estate sale company.

Please respect the home and property. Food, drinks, large bags, or disruptive behavior may not be permitted inside the home.

We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
