This is a gated community, but gate will be open by 7 am on each sale day. All parking is in the field at the front of the property. Okay all signage. Do not park on the main road for any reason. There will be signs directing you wear to park. Do not park on the driveway. Do not park in any paved area other than to load. If you are handicapped, you may be dropped off of park as close in the field to the house as you can without disrupting the flow of traffic. Dates

No prices given out before sale starts! Not responsible for accidents or personal injury due to falling or other means of accidents. You must be able to navigate steps, inclines and multiple levels.
