Loading and moving is a responsibility of the buyer, to include moving heavy items. You are responsible to carry items out to your vehicle.

Dealers must present valid Sales Tax exempt certificate.

2.      Shopping Duration: Please be mindful of how long you’re shopping. We want everyone to have a chance to visit our sale. Our crew will monitor your stay and remind you to make your way to the checkout.
3.      Oversized Items: If you’re purchasing oversized items like appliances or furniture, please be prepared to safely disassemble or remove them from the home. Our crew will not provide labor for this.
4.      Buying in Bulk: If you plan to buy in bulk (e.g., plate/glassware), please bring your own boxes. We provide some packing material at the checkout.
5.      Allergies and Caution: Be aware that if you have allergies to pets, plants, or insects, take caution during your visit.
