* Sales Tax Will Be collected Unless you complete a Sales Tax Exemption Form. (Bring this form with you, if you have it, otherwise we can provide one for you)
* We Accept ALL Forms of Payment thru our CLOVER Payment System - Minimum Charge for CC is $20.00.
* We will provide Newsprint and Bubble wrap and help pack items for you
* We will be happy to place items on our merchandise hold shelf while you shop, we do not allow Shopping bags or Large Purses.
* If you would like to purchase a large item, remove the tag and give it to one of our Sail Away Crew members. They will mark it sold for you. Keep in Mind that there may be others who would like to purchase the same item so once you've done this, we must consider it sold and you will be responsible for payment.
* You must bring your own help to load any large items. We will provide a sign up schedule for pick up of large items.
* Adhere to the Blue SAES No Parking Cones at all times.
* SAES reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the premises if we determine there is a risk of theft or any other type of situation we feel is unsafe.

Honoring a Veteran - Eagles, Swords and A 1966 Ford Thunderbird
This unique sale has a great collection of Eagle Framed Art, Figurines, Patriotic Pocket Watches, a variety of wall and shelf clocks, and a beautiful Grandfather clock. There is an extensive collection of knives & swords. Choose among a nice selection of authentic Texan home decor, including John Wayne framed prints. For Trading card collectors we are selling hundreds of Baseball & Marvel Comic Trading Cards. We are featuring Men's XL and 2XL clothing, including a custom tailored Perry Ellis suit. There are (of course) brand name cowboy hats and boots.
The Kitchen offers a variety of small and large appliances including two refrigerators, a bread maker, toaster oven, an electric tea pot, ice cream maker, and a large crock pot. There are wine and margarita glasses, China, silver plated flatware and a set of Vintage LA Ram glasses. In need of a wine fridge, a chest freezer or a mini fridge? - You are in luck, this house has all three available. If you are in search of NEW In the Box Barbies, we have over a dozen to choose from.
In the Garage we have power tools, large roll around tool boxes, and some VERY nice Holiday decorations. Visit our sale this weekend and check out the 1966 Thunderbird. This classic car is in great condition, inside and out and will be up for auction. The Exact Address will be released late Thursday.
