Downsizing/Estate sale.  Seller restores antiques as a hobby, but has run out of room and exhausted his wife's patience.  Hence, a sale!  Many other items to be sold, in addition, including:

  • Hand-built mahogany reproduction "signers desk" constructed from National Park Service blueprints.  Originals in Pa. State House in Phildelphia, used as provisional Capitol bldg while the U.S. Capitol was under construction, & where Pres. Washington took second term oath of office.  Original receipts included, along with contemporary newspaper articles about builders;
  • 1930's quarter-sawn missionary oak ice box converted to beverage cooler;
  • Four Marble and Shattuck oak library/office chairs;
  • Five stained glass windows from church demolished in 1968;
  • MCM hammered aluminum Ice bucket, platter and tumblers perfect for outdoor entertaining;
  • Six wrought iron indoor/outdoor chairs;

  • Wrought iron rectangular patio table with glass top;
  • Two vintage mahogany Weiman side tables;
