This sale is being held in the owner’s private, owner-occupied home and studio. The home is beautifully maintained, and we appreciate your respect for the property. Our merchandise is overwhelmingly curated for women, including designer clothing, jewelry, handbags, accessories, shoes, home décor and other special finds. Resellers and dealers are absolutely welcome.
This is a shopping event, not an open house. We ask that all guests entering the property be actively shopping. For privacy and security, occupancy may be limited during busy periods.
A private dressing room/powder room will be available for trying on clothing.
SECURITY: The property will be monitored by electronic surveillance, and additional security will be present during the sale.
Please leave pets, children under 10 at home and large handbags/backpacks or securely in your vehicle.
This is a refined, boutique-style estate sale, and we appreciate everyone helping us maintain that atmosphere.

This is a refined, boutique-style shopping event held primarily on one level in the owner's beautifully maintained private studio and home. The sale will be organized, neat, festive and relaxed — much more like browsing a fabulous private shopping experience than traditional rummage sale.
Our merchandise is overwhelmingly geared toward women’s fashion, jewelry and accessories, although all serious shoppers are welcome. A private dressing room/powder room will be available for trying on clothing.
Resellers and dealers are welcome.
For the privacy and security of our owner-occupied home, all guests entering the property must be actively shopping. Occupancy may be limited during busy periods.
