Sale Manager has final say on all matters.
There are stairs to enter the house.
No large backpacks. There is not room for strollers.
Speak directly to the Sale Manager regarding offers on any item. In fairness to everyone, serious offers should be in writing with phone numbers.
All items must be picked up by end of the sale or arrangements made with Sale Manager. Please bring help to move or load heavy items.
The house is on two levels and the stairs are steep. Second floor access not recommended for those with mobility issues. Not responsible for any personal injury. NOTE - Space is limited and we accommodate additional shoppers as people leave.
All priced items photographed before the sale. (Tag switchers will be escorted out.) That is simply rude and your parents raised you better than that! Manager has the final word on any purchase price.
No "camping out" to research contents of sale.
