All purchases are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for any reason. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.
Payment
We accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle only. No personal checks, credit cards, or other forms of payment will be accepted. Payment is due at time of purchase.
Pricing
All items are priced as marked. Prices are firm on Day 1 (Friday). Limited negotiation may be considered on Days 2 and 3 at the sole discretion of the seller.
Item Condition
All items are sold as-is, where-is. Descriptions and conditions are provided in good faith. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Age, wear, and patina consistent with vintage and antique pieces should be expected.
Pickup & Removal
All purchased items must be removed from the property by the close of business on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at 4:00pm unless a prior written arrangement has been made with the seller. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own packing materials, boxes, and moving assistance. Large furniture items must be carried out by the buyer.
Liability
Buyers and visitors enter the property at their own risk. The seller is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur on the premises during the sale. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Item Holds
Items cannot be held without full payment. Paid items may be left on the premises for same-day pickup only and must be clearly tagged with the buyer's name and marked as sold.
Quantities & Availability
All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time.
Photography
Visitors are welcome to photograph items for personal reference. Commercial photography or video without prior consent of the seller is not permitted.
Right to Refuse
The seller reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to ask any visitor to leave the premises at any time.
