IMPORTANT NOTE:  LARGER ITEMS WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED OUTSIDE OF SALE HOURS TO AVOID DISRUPTION TO THE SALE.  SOME OF THE EQUIPMENT WILL TAKE QUITE A BIT OF TIME AND MANPOWER TO MOVE, SO WE WILL SCHEDULE A PICKUP TIME AT TIME OF PURCHASE.

IN ADDITION, WE WILL ONLY ALLOW A PREDETERMINED NUMBER OF BUYERS INTO THE SHOP AT A TIME IN ORDER TO ELIMINATE CONGESTION AND BUYER FRUSTRATION.  FIRST IN LINE = FIRST ONE IN.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING.

This is week one of a two-week sale, featuring a complete machine shop, plus additional household items from the estate.  All items are in SUPER condition, and include a reworked endmill, Ferris zero turn mower like new, tools & machine shop tooling, lg. toolboxes, woodworking items AND MUCH MORE!  LOTS OF PHOTOS ALREADY ADDED - LIST WILL BE ADDED SOON. 

All announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over any other announcements, whether written or verbal.  

TERMS:

* Payment accepted in the form of cash, check, or major credit card. 
* Sales tax is collected on all sales, unless you have a valid reseller's ID on file.
* All items must be removed the day of the sale.  Blue Ribbon Auction Services will work with buyers to arrange alternate pickup for large items.
* $50 returned check fee.
* All items sold as is/where is - no warranty expressed or implied.
* Blue Ribbon Auction Services reserves the right to sell at public auction (minus normal sales commission) any property left in storage over 30 days.
