Boones Mill Estate Sale We are selling the estate of Charlie and Laverne Richards, long time Boones Mill residents. Charlie was an avid classic car collector, known throughout the region. The property was a dairy farm for years, and is steeped in agricultural history. This sale is packed full of interesting generational items. We'll be selling the contents of the home, a large freestanding garage, and multiple out buildings. There will be two cashiers, one for the house and another for the garage and buildings.
