We are not responsible for accidents or any injury as the grounds are potentially hazardous. By entering the property you are doing so at your own risk. Please use care on steps, while walking the grounds, and in the home.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. Cash preferred and Credit / Debit Cards accepted with additional fee NO CHECKS. Parking is available on property. Please only use the driveway for loading etc. Property is currently occupied until the day of the sale. Numbers will be handed out at 8:30a if needed.

Pay only the staff at the clearly marked payment table. Receipts can be given for all purchased items.

What an incredible estate we have for your review located in Bay Creek, Cape Charles on the Eastern Shore. This estate sale isn't one to miss! We have confirmed that we are able to have an on-site traditional sale with no appointment needed starting on 12/11 and will ne open through 12/14. However, if you would like an opportunity to preview this sale and make purchases early we are offering appointments for on-site visits with clients starting as early as 12/8!

Once you contact us we will provide you with appointment options and availability, we will try to accommodate any request from 10a-8p prior to the sale start. Otherwise we will be operating the sale open to the public starting Thursday 12/11 through Sunday 12/14 from 9a-4p.
