HTG has 3 sales this weekend: Stafford (Saturday & Sunday 9-3), Haymarket’s Dominion Valley (Saturday & Sunday 9-3) and Gainesville’s Heritage Hunt (Saturday & Sunday 10-3). 

PLEASE NOTE:

Our Sign up sheet will be available 8:45 am on sale day. You will enter according to our sheet only. For early birds who make their own list, WE will transfer names to OUR sheet but you MUST BE PRESENT to be added to our sheet. If not present, your name is removed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Make sure you are back at the house by 9:45, if you are not in line by that time, you will forfeit your spot.

**NO BAGS OR PURSES larger than a wallet will be allowed inside the home. Clear see-through bags will be permitted.**

                      **BRING HELP. **

HTG DOES NOT MOVE FURNITURE. Please bring help when purchasing large items. 

BRING YOUR OWN PACKING SUPPLIES. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no returns, exchanges or refunds. No exceptions. 

HTG accepts cash, local checks with ID and credit cards with a 3% fee.

PARKING-Estate is located in a development with no street parking. There are parking spots throughout the development. ONLY PARK IN DESIGNATED AREAS. 

Driveway is for loading big items only. We expect customers to be courteous of neighbors. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF NEIGHBOR’S DRIVEWAYS AND MAILBOXES. PLEASE, PAY ATTENTION TO WHERE YOU ARE PARKING.  WE’VE BEEN TOLD TOWING IS ENFORCED!

Before purchasing, INSPECT YOUR ITEMS thoroughly and/or plug in to check if working.  All items are sold “AS IS” condition.  

Not responsible for accidents while on property. Always enter and shop at your own risk. 

FYI....We will NOT BE ANSWERING QUESTIONS REGARDING PRICES, we are not able to remember exact prices on all the items. We appreciate your understanding with the pricing issue.
