Join us for the first of two estate sales at this incredible property! Part 1 is a 2-day sale featuring the contents of the 4-bay garage, packed with treasures for resellers, collectors, and bargain hunters.

The homeowner was a former retail shop owner, and the garage is filled with new old stock, tools, collectibles, and one-of-a-kind finds. Part 2, featuring the contents of the home, will take place next month.

You'll find gardening tools, a whole-house generator, a power washer, a small air compressor, and an incredible selection of new old stock including body jewelry, dragon statues, Buddha figurines, incense, tobacco pipes, hookah supplies, martial arts sword stands, wind chimes, greeting cards, lava lamps, and never worn (vintage) clothing. The sale also includes household furniture such as a sectional sofa, a new oversized loveseat chair, kitchen items, home décor, collectibles, novelty knives, and many unexpected treasures throughout the garage.

A separate 21 and older adult section will feature adult novelty items, adult DVDs, and magazines.
