2. Preview will be by phone appointment only. Call 757-869-3687 to set an appointment.
3. A 15% buyer’s premium will be in effect for all bids.
4. Items MUST be picked up within the scheduled pick-up date. A Sign-Up-Genius link will be sent via email with your settlement to reserve a time slot. Items not picked up will become the property of NBC AUCTIONS, LLC. We are not a storage facility!
5. There is no shipping for this auction.
6. A 7% Virginia Sales Tax will be charged on all items. If you are tax-exempt, you must send me a copy of your ST-10 form 3 days prior to the auction closing. nbcauctions@gmail.com
7. All sales and bids are final. All placed/won bids are considered a binding agreement to purchase at that price. Bids cannot be changed or altered. Credit cards will be charged the morning after the sale. If you plan to pay with cash, please contact us before the sale ends.
8. The buyer is responsible for bringing their own help. This includes people able to help remove items. Be prepared to have manpower, wrapping materials, boxes, tools to take apart large items, a dolly, and a large enough vehicle to accommodate all winning items. NBC AUCTIONS, LLC can only assist you in locating your items.

Bidding will open on Tuesday, April 29th and begin closing on Thursday, May 8th starting at 7PM.
Pickup will be by appointment only on Sunday, May 11th from 12:00-5:00. If you cannot make this pickup due to the holiday, please contact us before the sale ends and we will be happy to schedule another day for you to pickup your items. MUST bring your own boxes, packing materials, and help to load furniture!
