Must register with a credit/debit card. A $1.00 hold will be placed on card until conclusion of sale and items are picked up
Prompt, pickup day removal of all items required

To Avoid Storage Fees, All Purchased Items MUST be Removed on scheduled Pickup Day JUNE 7, 2025 10:00AM - 3:00PM, Contact us Prior to Sale Day for Special Removal Arrangements
All Sales are Final, Highest Bidder is Responsible for Purchasing the Item they Bid on
Winning Bidders/Buyer's will be held responsible to pay for ANY & ALL collection efforts on behalf of T&T Realty and Auction LLC. - This includes but is not limited to attorney fees, filing fees, and collection fees that may be incurred by T&T Realty and Auction LLC. in efforts to collect from unpaid bidders
Any Invoice not paid by JUNE 7, 2025 by 3:00PM WILL BE subject to an additional 10% Late Fee
