Payments accepted: cash, credit card, pre-approved checks, and Venmo. Minimum credit card purchase is $5. Payment in full is required prior to all items removal.
Sales tax will be collected at time of payment. Tax exempt buyers must present appropriate documents for exemption.
Boxes, wrapping paper, and other materials will be provided on first come first serve basis. Buyers are encouraged to bring their own packing materials.
No prices will be provided prior to sale dates nor will any items be sold prior to event. For additional information such as condition reports, measurements, etc., please contact us prior to sale.
All items are sold as is with no implied or other warranty.
Buyers are responsible for removal of all items. Estates by Galaxie will offer local delivery and shipping for an additional fee.
All items must be removed within three (3) business days of sale. After three days, all sold items will be considered abandoned.
Service animals permitted. All other animals are forbidden on site.
