If winner does not pay within 3 days of auction ending item will be forfeited and relisted to another auction or donated.    Invoices will be emailed to Winner within 24 hours of auction.  (Please check your SPAM folder if you do not see invoice)      Virginia Residents: Contact Rachel if you would like shipping by noon (Eastern Time) on Wednesday after the auction.     NON-Virginia Residents: Will automatically be shipped unless you notify Rachel by noon (Eastern Time) on Wednesday after the auction.     *SHIPPING will be available with UPS ground for smaller items, items will be marked "Shipping Available." HTG charges Shipping costs plus a $2.99 handling fee, card on file will be charged separately for these costs. Items will be shipped to the address listed on invoice, not to another address. If shipment equals more than $100, signature will be required.    SHIPPING in the United States only, NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.    WE DO NOT SHIP heavy/large items, if items DO NOT have "Shipping Available" winner will need to pick items up or arrange for a pick-up service such as FedEx, UPS or PakMal (703) 583-7304. Schedule pick ups during our business hours listed in winner's email.     * PICK UP will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday after the auction.     *PICK UP TIMES will be in the body of the winner's email (Check SPAM folder) with your attached paid invoice. Pick ups must be done within five (5) days the auction ending. If items are not picked up or have not requested shipping the winner has forfeited those items and will NOT BE REFUNDED.
