* CREDIT CARDS ONLY ACCEPTED; Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If winner's card is declined, winner will need to Contact Rachel with another credit card (Bid price+Premium+tax). If winner does not pay within 2 days of auction ending item will be forfeited and relisted to another auction or donated.

Invoices will be emailed to Winner within 24 hours of auction.

NON-VIRGINIA RESIDENTS: Everyone that lives outside of Virginia will automatically be shipped, Please mark "Shipping Requested" during registration.. If you plan to PICK UP your item(s) up at our Virginia location then you need to notify Rachel by noon (Eastern Time) Thursday so the items do not get marked for shipping.

VIRGINIA RESIDENTS: If you live in Virginia but still need shipping please mark "Shipping Requested" during registration or contact Rachel before Thursday by noon otherwise your item(s) will not be shipped.

*SHIPPING:

Mark “Shipping Requested” during registration.

*SHIPPING will be available for smaller items, "Lots" will be marked "Shipping Available" in the auction. If "Lots" DO NOT HAVE "Shipping Available" winner will need to pick those items up or arrange for an independent shipping company for pick up/ship. PalMail (703) 583-7304 is a local virginia company that packs and ships.

All other items are shipped through UPS ground, "Lots" will be marked "Shipping Available." HTG charges Shipping Costs plus a $2.99 Handling Fee, card on file will be charged separately for these costs. Items will be shipped to the address listed on invoice, not to another address. If shipment equals more than $100, signature will be required.

SHIPPING in the United States only, NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, No Canada.


* PICK UP:

Winners will receive an email with store hours. Pick days will be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday after the auction. No appointment needed.

If winner is unable to pick up during those times they will need to make an appointment, this must be done within five (5) days after the auction.

If items are not picked up or request shipping those items will NOT BE REFUNDED and are eligible to be reauctioned or donated.
