PLEASE NOTE: As of July 1st, 2025, we will no longer be able to transport items to the ezDownsizing Markey Ct. warehouse for alternate pickup. We apologize and understand this may be an inconvenience for some and perhaps even a deterrent. We would like to offer you to explore alternative means such as Uber Courier or Task Rabbit which have been used by customers with much success. To avoid forfeiting items you may not be able to retrieve, we would ask you to please not bid unless you are able to pick-up your items, or plan to coordinate alternate means.
Pick Up Time: 10:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 9th only. No other pickup times or locations are available.
We ask you please schedule a pick-up time to avoid wait times. You may schedule a pickup by going into My Account > Invoices > Schedule Pickup Appointment.
Shipping is ONLY available for smaller items that will fit into a USPS flat rate shipping box. There is a minimum $15.00 handling fee per box, plus actual shipping charges. Please contact us BEFORE the auction ends to ensure your item(s) can be shipped.
Terms of this Sale:
1. All purchased items must be removed unless otherwise noted in the lot description.
2. All items unsold remain the property of the Seller.
3. Bring adequate, able-bodied help and appropriate equipment to remove heavy items from the property. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your purchase without refund.
4. Everything in this sale is located in three different buildings so patience, a good attitude and a great pair of shoes are required!
5. Bring bags, boxes, and packing materials for fragile and multiple item lots.
6. All items not retrieved and REMOVED from the property by 3:00 p.m. on August 9th, are considered abandoned and will not qualify for refunds or alternate pick-ups. Additionally, bidder will be subject to a disposal / removal fee of not less than $25.00.
