1.Cash and credit cards. Credit cards will be Cash, Visa ,Mastercard and Discover are the available payment options. 2% Fee on all credit cards. NO CHECKS.
2.Bring help to load large items. Seller is not responsible for accidents. All Sales are final. All items are sold “As Is”.
3.No Public Restrooms.
4. We are unable to move or load your purchases. Please bring help to move your furniture and additional packaging.
5.Seller will have a sign up list starting at 8am. This is the only list to be honored.
6. Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
7. Doors will open at the published time, not before.
8. If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place the item back where you got it. If not, please give it to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.
9. If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
10. Please do not bring food or drinks into the home.
11. No large bags allowed inside.
