Pick Up Time:  11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. FRIDAY, December 5th only.  No other pickup times or locations are available.  

We ask you please schedule a pick-up time to avoid wait times.  You may schedule a pickup by going into My Account > Invoices > Schedule Pickup Appointment. 

Shipping is ONLY available for smaller items that will fit into a USPS flat rate shipping box.  There is a minimum $15.00 handling fee per box, plus actual shipping charges. Please contact us BEFORE the auction ends to ensure your item(s) can be shipped. 

TERMS OF THIS SALE 

1. All purchased items must be removed unless otherwise noted in the lot description. 

2. All items unsold remain the property of the Seller.

3. Bring adequate, able-bodied help to remove heavy furniture from the house. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your purchase without refund.

4. Everything in this sale is located on three different levels as well as a garage. There is no exit from the basement, everything has to come up the stairs.

5. Bring bags, boxes, and packing materials for fragile and multiple item lots.

6. All items not retrieved and REMOVED from the property by 3:00 p.m. on FRIDAY, December 5th, are considered abandoned and will not qualify for refunds or alternate pick-ups. Additionally, bidder will be subject to a disposal / removal fee of not less than $25.00.
