Please bring your own help for moving the large items. We cannot move furniture.
No Shopping Bags please.
Please remember that due to the nature of an estate sale - all sales are FINAL, items are as is. All sales subject to 6% sales tax. If you are a reseller please bring your Tax exempt information. This is a non smoking home.
We do not manage lists but will accept a list agreed on by those in line when the doors open.
Please bring help to remove your purchases. We cannot help you move or carry items to your car.

This is a unique and fun sale located in the heart of Middleburg horse country. Enjoy a scenic drive along a hilly, tree-lined road just outside the charming yet growing town of Middleburg. Make it a day shop, grab lunch, and visit a winery or two. Inside the stone house, you'll find beautiful couches, chairs, retro nightstands and dressers, bedside tables, beds, lamps, antiques, shelves, footstools, a farm table and chairs, Duck Decoys, Mounted Birds, Calphalon Pots and Pans, Copper Pots and Pans, household items, and more. In the front office, there are two fabulous faux bamboo desks, a game table with chairs, chests, and other office furniture. Behind the office is an old barn filled with great items, large tools, street signs, old dairy barn equipment, Wagon Wheels, Pots, Hunting Gear and Decoys, and an antique corn husker!
Please observe the signs that say 'do not enter'; those buildings do not have anything for sale. A family lives in the house at the very front when you enter, so please be respectful of their property.
