We reserve the right to deny any check and to make a copy of your Drivers' License. If you are Tax Exempt, you must have a VA Tax Exempt form on file before your purchase.
Property sold AS-IS, Where Is. NO REFUNDS. All Sales are Final. Please inspect items before purchase as all sales are final. Announcements at Estate Sale take precedence over all other announcements. Bring help to lift items over 20 pounds as we are not able to assist.
We will pass out numbers beginning at 8:00 AM on Friday 8/15 will allow the first 30 folks in. We will allow others in after the first 30 disperse.
Not responsible for accidents or incidents. Please be careful as you are walking around the property.
Items to be removed during the Estate Sale. If you need to make arrangements for a later Pick-up, there will be Pick-up available by appointment. All items must be removed no later than Monday, 8/18/2025. Any items not picked up by 8/18/25 will be considered forfeited and will become the property of All In Trading and Auction Co LLC.
Please bring help to lift items over 20 pounds, as the staff is not able to assist.

All In Trading is excited to be in Warwick on the James for this special Estate Sale. This unique home has nooks and crannies filled with fun items waiting for a new, loving home.
The homeowner was a very handy man who had his own Construction business. In the garage is a vast assortment of tools and supplies for a versatile handyman with multiple skill-sets. There’s an array of masonry tools, mechanical tools, woodworking tools, painting tools, gardening tools, hobby tools, and more. The large tool inventory is complemented by an equally large assortment of handyman supplies including nuts, bolts, washers, screws, nails, lag bolts, and more.
Some highlights of this Estate Sale:
- Lots of outdoor furniture, pool floats, outdoor grill, Coca-Cola refrigerator (not sure if it works), and more
- Garage full of tools and garage items including a 3-ton heavy-duty jack, heavy-duty grinder made in Ohio, large Shop-Vac, Air-Compressor, several hand tools, etc
- seven extension ladders, hand cart, construction materials
- Tall large storage shed
- King Sleigh bed frame, Beauty Rest mattress, matching nightstands, long dresser and mirror, highboy dresser
- lots of kitchen items including a butcher block island on casters, hanging pot rack, Keurig coffee pot
- Large antique airplane rudder used as a cool decoration
- pool table with pool sticks and balls
- Vintage Juke box, turns on, but we couldn’t get it to play (came from a bar that the Homeowner owned)
- small kitchen table with bench seating
