Please bring your own boxes, bags, or packing supplies to wrap your items after they are purchased. No large bags or backpacks inside the sale.
By entering one of our sales you agree to the terms and conditions below. These are non-negotiable and will be enforced. If you breach these terms and conditions you will be asked to leave the property. If you do not agree to these terms & conditions please do not enter our sale. Thank you for your understanding.
1. All sales are FINAL and AS IS. Sorry, absolutely no returns under any circumstances.
2. You are responsible for any breakages or damage to estate items or property caused by you or those you are responsible for. If you break it, you must pay for it.
3. No large bags or large purses allowed.
4. We do not provide movers, nor do we assist in dismantling or moving items. Large items may have to be removed after the sale at our discretion. Sale fixtures like bookshelves and tables can be picked up on Monday, August 4th 2025.
5. No food or drink is permitted in the house.
6. No pets are permitted in the property. You are responsible for your pets and any harm that comes to them or harm that they cause others.
7. You are responsible for your own packing and packing materials. We do not provide packing materials or assistance with packing.
8. We reserve the right to limit the number of customers within the house for their protection and that of our property, but rest assured everyone will get a turn.
9. Children under 18 must stay within arms reach of their parent. Parents are responsible for any damages done by their child.
10. Please park responsibly and be considerate of the neighbors. Please do not block the driveways.
11. We cannot provide pricing or information on individual items prior to a sale, so please do not call or message us with questions.
