We will pass out numbers beginning at 12:00 AM on Thursday 06/25/2026. On Friday 06/26/2026 we will pass out numbers beginning at 8:00 AM. We will allow the first 30 folks in. We will allow others in after the first 30 disperse.
Not responsible for accidents or incidents. Please be careful as you are walking around the property.
Items to be removed during the Estate Sale. If you need to make arrangements for a later Pick-up, there will be Pick-up available by appointment. All items, except the piano, must be removed no later than Monday, 06/29/2026. Any items not picked up by 06/29/2026 will be considered forfeited and will become the property of All In Trading and Auction Co LLC. We understand that if you buy the Baldwin piano you may need additional time to arrange for pick-up and delivery.
Please bring help to lift items over 20 pounds, as the staff is not able to assist.

All In Trading & Auction Company LLC is excited to be in Newport News in the Village Green neighborhood. This lovely home has been in the family over 40 years! We are honored to help the grown children and find new loving homes for their family’s cherished belongings.

Antique & Vintage Firearms: (please note that the firearms will not be subject to the price reductions. The firearms will be priced as marked, and we will consider serious offers.)
Purchasers of the firearms will pay in full. The firearms will be taken to Winfree’s on Route 17. You will go there for pick-up after completing the Firearms Background Check information at your cost. If you do not pass the Background Check, you will NOT receive the firearm and will forfeit your payment. Please inspect the firearms carefully, as we do not make any guarantees as to their condition. They are sold As Is and there are NO refunds.
