All bids are binding 2 hours before live bidding starts. Vintiqua may reject any bid or withdraw any item at its discretion.

Payment is required immediately upon winning and may be made via credit card, debit card, or ACH through LivePayments. Buyers are responsible for all applicable taxes, buyer's premium, processing fees, and a 5% handling fee. For shipped orders, buyers are responsible for packing and shipping costs plus a $20.00 UPS Store delivery fee (covering transportation from our warehouse to the UPS Store). All fees will be included on the initial invoice.

For security and quality assurance, all items are professionally packed and shipped exclusively through our authorized UPS business partner located in Chester, VA.

Local pickup: Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST at our Petersburg, VA location.

All sales are final with no refunds or returns. Damage claims must be filed directly with our authorized UPS packing and shipping partner located at 12750 Jefferson Davis Hwy., Chester, VA 23831 (Phone: 804.768.8012).
