6% Virginia Sales Tax collected. Cash accepted. Zelle cash app accepted. VISA, MC, AMEX accepted with 3% Convenience Fee. Local checks accepted with proper ID. We reserve the right to deny any check and to make a copy of your Drivers' License. If you are Tax Exempt, you must have a VA Tax Exempt form on file before your purchase.

Property sold AS-IS, Where Is. NO REFUNDS. All Sales are Final. Please inspect items before purchase as all sales are final. Announcements at Estate Sale take precedence over all other announcements. Bring help to lift items over 20 pounds as we are not able to assist.

We will pass out numbers beginning at 12:00 PM on Thursday, March 26, 2026. Numbers will also be passed out beginning at 8:00 AM on Friday, March 27, 2026. We will allow the first 30 folks in. We will allow others in after the first 30 disperse.

Not responsible for accidents or incidents. Please be careful as you are walking around the property.

Items to be removed during the Estate Sale. If you need to make arrangements for a later Pick-up, there will be Pick-up available by appointment. All items must be removed no later than Monday, March 30, 2026, unless you have made arrangements for a later pick-up. Any items not picked up by 3/30/2026 will be considered forfeited and will become the property of All In Trading and Auction Co LLC.

Please bring help to lift items over 20 pounds, as the staff is not able to assist.

THE ESTATE OF KATHALEEN BRAUER OF ISLANDER ANTIQUITIES PART TWO

We conducted PART ONE of the Estate Sale on March 5-March 8. There was a tremendous turn-out, and many of Kathy’s lovely items found new homes.

We are now starting on PART TWO of this tremendous Estate Sale. PART TWO is filled with not-seen-before items!!! We weren’t able to open the front bedroom, or the garage, or the upstairs, or the two-story shed for PART ONE! ALL of the items in those areas are in PART TWO!! The downstairs of the home will be revamped after PART ONE and will be filled with many more treasures that we weren’t able to display in Part One! Everything upstairs is being brought downstairs to make it easier to shop! The garage will be open for shopping! And the two-story shed behind the home will be open for shopping as well!

PART TWO IS SO LARGE THAT WE WILL HAVE THREE SEPARATE CASHIERS!! THERE WILL BE A CASHIER IN THE MAIN HOUSE. THERE WILL BE A CASHIER IN THE GARAGE. AND THERE WILL BE A CASHIER IN THE TWO-STORY SHED. YOU WILL PAY FOR YOUR ITEMS IN EACH AREA BEFORE GOING TO THE NEXT AREA. THIS IS A LARGE PROPERTY AND IS ALOT TO SHOP!!

We will pass out numbers beginning at 12:00 PM on Thursday, March 26, 2026. Once you get your number on Thursday, you leave and come back right before the doors open if you wish. Numbers will also be passed out beginning at 8:00 AM on Friday, March 27, 2026.

We are very honored to assist the loving grown children with the Estate of their late mother, Kathaleen Evans Brauer, co-owner of Islander Antiquities in Poquoson. Kathy passed away peacefully in June 2025 with her family by her side. Kathy was known for her fun-loving spirit and infectious laughter. She will be remembered for her entrepreneurial spirit and as someone who loved to collect and share cherished things.

Kathy co-owned Islander Antiquities in Poquoson with her closest friend. The shop was a reflection of her love for unique treasures and her keen eye for beauty. After Kathy passed away, Kathy’s items in the shop were moved to her home.
