Property sold AS-IS, Where Is. NO REFUNDS. All Sales are Final. Please inspect items before purchase as all sales are final. Announcements at Estate Sale take precedence over all other announcements. Bring help to lift items over 20 pounds as we are not able to assist.
We will pass out numbers beginning at 8:00 AM on Saturday, February 14, 2026. We will allow the first 30 folks in. We will allow others in after the first 30 disperse. We do NOT allow large bags in the Sale. We will provide a SOLD table for you to collect your items until purchased.
Not responsible for accidents or incidents. Please be careful as you are walking around the property.
Items to be removed during the Estate Sale. If you need to make arrangements for a later Pick-up, there will be Pick-up available by appointment. All items must be removed no later than Tuesday, February 17, 2026, unless you have made arrangements for a later pick-up. Any items not picked up by 2/17/2026 will be considered forfeited and will become the property of All In Trading and Auction Co LLC.
Please bring help to lift items over 20 pounds, as the staff is not able to assist.
Shipping is available at Buyer’s expense. We will use Williamsburg PAC & SHIP to ship your items. I will carry the items to them. You will speak with them and pay them directly. There is a $10.00 Service Fee payable to All In Trading & Auction Co LLC for this service.

- Pennsylvania House Cherry double drop leaf gate-leg table with turned legs, purchased by the Homeowner upon her wedding engagement in 1948! Stunningly beautiful patina. Just imagine all of the fabulous formal dinners and parties that this table has seen!
- Pecan dining table purchased by the Homeowner’s daughter for $4000 over 40 years ago, believed to be Thomasville. In fabulous condition, 65” x 41 1/2” without the two leaves, 120” fully extended. Includes six cane back upholstered seat chairs: two Captain’s chairs and four side chairs in an unexpected modern black and white zebra pattern! So much fun!
- Lithograph entitled “The Battle of Williamsburg”, details to follow
- Lovely classic farmhouse hutch by Monitor Furniture Co, was the Homeowner’s mother hutch! Has been in the family over 100 years!

- A Very Rare saddle blanket made by Rodeo Ben, The Rhinestone Cowboy! This has been in the family for over 75 years! Belonged to the Homeowner’s mother, who showed horses when she was younger! 96” long x 15 3/8” wide, hand-made of a silky-touch fabric-probably rayon and cotton-with hundreds of hand-sewn sequins and a checked satin backing! In fabulous condition!
- White faux leather 86” sofa and 36” loveseat and 27” x 23” ottoman, sold separately. Excellent condition
- Vintage toys from the Homeowner’s daughter’s childhood and her original toy box! Including “The Barbie” board game!
