3. Bring adequate, able-bodied help as well as proper equipment to remove the heavy pieces. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your purchase without refund.

4. Everything in this sale is located in an outbuilding or outside. 

5. All items not retrieved and REMOVED from the property by 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 31st, are considered abandoned and will not qualify for refunds or alternate pick-ups. Additionally, bidder will be subject to a disposal / removal fee of not less than $25.00.
