All items as is where is. Inspect before you buy. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges. We and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents or injuries to you, your friends or your items (if you drop them).

Bring help to carry and load items. We will NOT have anyone available to carry or load furniture or items for you. Bring packing material and bags for your items.

We accept cash, known checks and credit cards. Credit Card have an additional 3% charge added to the total to cover processing fees, this is no more then we are charged by our processor Square . We do charge sales tax. If you are tax exempt, please bring your number with you and inform the cashier at the beginning of your checkout transaction. $10.00 minimum sale for credit card usage.
