Northridge Construction has closed its business and is liquidating all its tools, equipment, building supplies, hardware, and 2 work trucks. There are numerous tools and equipment by Dewalt, Milwaukee, Kobalt, Porter-Cable and many more. There is a 2008 Ford F150 Triton and 2008 Chevrolet Silverado work truck that include the attached tool boxes and racks. Some tools and equipment include tile cutters, ladders, scaffolding, table saws, chop saw, miter saws, battery-powered tools, nail guns, a Northstar compressor, drills, fastening gun, grinder, bottle jackets, lights, trailer jack and hitches, and much more. 

Building supplies include lumber, Trex, PVC pipe, brand new Kohler faucet, windows, doors, aluminum railing, aluminum rolls, trim molding, tile and more.

INSPECTION: July 7 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM  

AUCTION STARTS CLOSING: July 9 at 8:00 PM

REMOVAL: July 12 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Shipping available for all items. To be handled solely by The Packaging Store of Roanoke, VA. Contact their offices before 12PM on July 11 at va203@gopackagingstore.com or 540-772-0999. Shipper will pick up items after the auction and contact buyers regarding rates and scheduling.
