We proudly present this downsizing auction from a longtime Roanoke resident who has sold his home and plans to relocate. There is woodworking equipment such as a dust collection system, routers, jointer/planer, drill press, tabletop planer, scroll saw, hand tools, and many others.

There is a Cub Cadet riding mower, Stihl chainsaw and blowers, PORTER-CABLE power washer, hand joiner, Craftsman air compressor, tile saw, toolboxes, work benches, and many Makita and Dewalt tools.

Household items include beautiful oak curios, glass top tables, oak end tables, dining room furniture, oak bedroom suite, barstools, and more. 

Outside yard items include patio furniture, concrete bird baths and yard statues, propane grill, outdoor propane heater and a deck storage box.

INSPECTION: June 7 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM    

AUCTION STARTS CLOSING: June 9 at 8:00 PM

REMOVAL: June 13 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Please be aware there is a 19% Buyers Premium with this auction.

Shipping available for all items. To be handled solely by The Packaging Store of Roanoke, VA. Contact their offices before 1PM on June 12 at va203@gopackagingstore.com or 540-772-0999. Shipper will pick up items after the auction and contact buyers regarding rates and scheduling.
